At Shotcap, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
1. Return Period
You have 14 days to try it. If you're not convinced, we'll give you your money back, no questions asked.
2. Conditions
To be eligible:
- The product must be unused
- It must be in its original packaging
- It must be in perfect condition
3. Non-refundable products
Returns are not accepted for:
- Customized products
- Sale items (if specified)
- Hygiene or personal use products (if applicable)
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Indicate your order number
- We will provide shipping instructions
5. Return Costs
- The customer assumes the shipping costs for the return, unless it's our error or a defective product.
6. Refunds
- Once the product is received and inspected, we will notify you.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
- It may take 5 to 10 business days.
7. Defective Products
If the product arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund
